I would like to share with you twelve (12) key takeaway messages from my book (How to Improve the Quality of Your Life? A Comprehensive Approach and Guide to Well-Being). I hope you find them useful in your self-improvement and maturity process. Please enjoy!

  1. Take one hour of “alone time” every day to pray, meditate, write a journal, plan your day, your week, or your improvement project. It is a great time for emotionally refreshing and clarifying your life.
  2. Know who you are. It is the beginning of wisdom and awareness.
  3. Discover your life purpose so that you can be in harmony with the Universe, and fulfill your mission on earth.
  4. Each trial, experience, and event, good or bad, is a learning opportunity so that you can develop your character to prepare your eternity.
  5. What you sow is what you reap. Every day, plant the seeds of love, faith, surrender, joy, hope, forgiveness, peace of mind, self-control, altruism, generosity, and gratitude.
  6. No one has it all in life: On a regular basis, assess your life situation and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Once you know where you are, establish where you want to go by developing a yearly life improvement plan. Once you have your growth plan, be intentional about it, identify strategies to overcome obstacles, do not procrastinate, take action, and implement it.
  8. Life is about change; you cannot grow without change. Change your life system so you can transform your life for the better.
  9. You cannot improve the quality of your life alone. Mobilize a small group of people that will support you in your improvement journey.
  10. As a human being, you need to adapt to your environment, achieve goals, integrate a set of values into your mind, improve your life’s systems, and produce healthy fruits; these are the fruits of the spirit so you can succeed and live a quality life.
  11. God has your back. He loves you so much that He redeems you. The Lord is your oxygen, your everything. He is all that you need to thrive, change, and improve the quality of your life in a sustainable way.
  12. Live today as if it was the last day of your life by being the best version of yourself and by spreading love, hope, and joy around you.
